Called him to let him know my distributor was being stingy with them......lol Only 2 I had were with upcoming customers. We love our Reps! - in Annville, PA.

Clear Seas Research, an independent market research firm, gave LATICRETE top marks among tile industry manufacturers for service, support, training and product performance in its new 2013 CLEAReport on Tile and Stone Installation Contractor Market Survey.        
Contractors in our market were asked, "What one brand is best for…" and LATICRETE was ranked first in customer support, technical support, sales representative support, website and warranty. LATICRETE also tied for first in brand name/reputation, breadth of product line, best overall product performance, availability and best training/tips.

Hi Henry!
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks to Greg Sherwood my Laticrete rep and Dal Tile here in Rochester NY. I have a Panera Bread in Pennsylvania that needed Laticrete 1500 Series grout. I was having a hard time finding anyone that was stocking the colors and quantities I needed for the project locally in PA. The job was fast tracked and we had a short amount of time to get it to me. I contacted Greg and with the help of Joe Lawless at Dal Tile, they had it shipped direct right to the job, on time and within budget. As you know I am a big fan of Laticrete. This only proves why. Great company, great products and strong people with great customer service. Keep up the good work! Tile On!

..... I want to thank Laticrete again for their amazing customer service. xxxx gave me the run around about my thinset and told me it wouldn't be in until next week, so I went through my local distributor, which my rep told me he sent some 317 to. When I got there, they gave me the thinset and told me "It's taken care of, my manager said it was worked out with the Laticrete rep." I can't even express how impressed I am with the company - whatever small amount of business I can send their way, I will.
