Clear Seas Research, an independent market research firm, gave LATICRETE top marks among tile industry manufacturers for service, support, training and product performance in its new 2013 CLEAReport on Tile and Stone Installation Contractor Market Survey.
Contractors in our market were asked, "What one brand is best for…" and LATICRETE was ranked first in customer support, technical support, sales representative support, website and warranty. LATICRETE also tied for first in brand name/reputation, breadth of product line, best overall product performance, availability and best training/tips.
