We have approximately 20 tile & construction people visiting with us this week for a Laticrete Profit Thru Knowledge (PTK) educational program.

One of them took a few moments to visit with Elmo.

Jim Visits Laticrete

Jim visited Laticrete yesterday .... He visited and checked on Elmo.

Then we fed him lunch and "picked his brain ....!"

Jim spent some time chatting with several of our Laticrete Product Managers - Jay, Jon & our new guy, "JD"

It is incredibly important for our Product Management team to listen to what the "tile guy in the field" thinks ... and wants .. and needs ...

Feedback & comment from tile installers is incredibly important to us ....

What comments do YOU have for us ...?
