Jim Visits Laticrete
Jim visited Laticrete yesterday .... He visited and checked on Elmo.
Then we fed him lunch and "picked his brain ....!"
Jim spent some time chatting with several of our Laticrete Product Managers - Jay, Jon & our new guy, "JD"
It is incredibly important for our Product Management team to listen to what the "tile guy in the field" thinks ... and wants .. and needs ...

My comment is that it was great to have my brain picked by you and your crew of gurus. Their passion and dedication is reflected in the products they develop to make our work as installers both better and easier.
And it was nice to see Elmo again.
