Installing Latasil perimeter movement joints on an exterior lanai project at the Papakea Resort in Kaanapali, Maui.

The 24" Cerdomus porcelain tile was grouted with Almond SpectaLock epoxy grout.

Isaac Does Nice Work

"..... installed new mortar bed (with reinforcing) then Hydroban. Yes it does hold water! We made sure we did a flood test that the owner witnessed. Then we installed some random quartzite that comes on a mesh that interlocks."
