 Dear Mr. Rothberg:

Good evening.  Here is a picture of my son Jared with his new iPad which he purchased by saving all of his Congratulatory gift cards sent to him by Laticrete for his straight A report cards.  He was quite proud of his purchase and how he earned the award.
This program is a wonderful way for a company to support our children and encourage them to perform.  As an HR professional who has worked with several company programs, I am very pleased to see this type of family support from Laticrete. Your personal notes from the CEO are a wonderful touch as well.
Our daughter, Savannah, has been looking forward to her fourth grade year so she can participate in the program as well.  Many of their friends have told them they wish their dad worked for Mr. Joe's company!  Great.

Not a good time to go fishing in South Florida

I received an email from a tile contractor friend:

"Henry,

I am doing fine.  Working  very hard on complicated  jobs (which I like). Playing at least one or two sets of 9 holes of golf a week and making it to all of the soccer games for my two boys who are still at home (the other two are in college this year). Did another 3 days at Fine Homebuilding last week doing videos and articles. The videos are a lot of work but the articles are easy.

I love using the 255 thinset and the glass thinset. I use them every day and the plastic bags are tremendous.

How are the sales going with the new drain assemblies? Have you done a video with them to put on line? It does make it more user friendly. I have used a few line drains that have left me scratching my head."

Large Format Thin Porcelain Panels are becoming popular and are being utilized on many  projects across the USA and around the world.

We provide "customized" Architectural Specifications and Architectural Details for the installation of Large Format Thin Porcelain Panels and are available to be your technical support consultant on your projects.

We have recently updated our informative Laticrete Technical Data Sheet TDS 170 - “Installing Large Format Thin Porcelain Panels” (click here). Read this Technical Data Sheet to better understand how these panels are installed as well as where they should and should not be used. 

Note that these thin large porcelain panels are NOT simply larger porcelain tiles. Therefore, there are very specific installation techniques and installer expertise that are required to successfully execute these installations.

Fishing in the Bahamas

I went fishing with a few Crossville Tile guys earlier this week !
In the top photo is what Doug Ingham caught ! Appears that a shark had a bit of lunch before Doug landed the fish. We had some lovely Tuna Sashimi 15 minutes after this photo was taken. Lower photo shows Robert Sutnick with a lovely bull Dolphin.
